Vizible is located in several Asia Pacific countries with over 15 IT professionals providing Helpdesk Services to 3,500 customers.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees all Service Desk staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance.
- Responsible for managing all procedures related to identification, prioritization and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk functions.
- Plan, design, and analyze the organization’s service desk according to best practices, while ensuring high levels of customer service quality and availability.
- Contribute to escalated problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users when necessary.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- All other projects and duties as assigned.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have highest level of English language skill.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in handling and supervising a group of people or a team in Information Technology or similar related field.
- Knowledge in Windows operating systems (2000, XP,Win7), Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and desktop hardware/laptops required.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and analytical ability, aptitude for customer service, able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- MCP certification preferred but not required.
- A+ certification preferred but not required.
